Try this before anything else

​​Logoff/Reset Frontier Session

  1. ​Go to Tools in top right
  2. Select Log Off
  3. Password is 'operator'

Done and Rendered Jobs not Moving to Waiting and Printing

​Some or all of the below may need to be done.

Delete Jobs via MS01​

  1. Open MS01 from bottom left
  2. Go to Queue tab​
  3. Select All
  4. Press Printed
  5. Select All
  6. Press Cancel
  7. Select All
  8. Press Delete

​​Verify Routing of Sizes

  1. ​Open MS01
  2. Go to Routing Tab
  3. Accomodate Unavailable Paper needs to be unchecked
  4. Click Analyze to reroute(? idk.)

​Clear Out D drive folders

  1. Windows+E to open Explorer​
  2. Navigate to D
  3. Navigate to Queues/Process
  4. Delete Contents

​Sending One Paper Size to Different/Larger Paper Size

  1. ​​Press Windows Key and go to Maintenance in Start Menu
  2. Go to 08 Products
  3. Go to 0802 Product Setup
  4. Select the row with the name that Hornet has set as the Frontier Type
  5. Click Edit on the right hand side
  6. Change the width to the new required width
  7. Restart the DI
  8. Prints should now come out with white stripes on each side
