Try this before anything else
Logoff/Reset Frontier Session
- Go to Tools in top right
- Select Log Off
- Password is 'operator'
Done and Rendered Jobs not Moving to Waiting and Printing
Some or all of the below may need to be done.
Delete Jobs via MS01
- Open MS01 from bottom left
- Go to Queue tab
- Select All
- Press Printed
- Select All
- Press Cancel
- Select All
- Press Delete
Verify Routing of Sizes
- Open MS01
- Go to Routing Tab
- Accomodate Unavailable Paper needs to be unchecked
- Click Analyze to reroute(? idk.)
Clear Out D drive folders
- Windows+E to open Explorer
- Navigate to D
- Navigate to Queues/Process
- Delete Contents
Sending One Paper Size to Different/Larger Paper Size
- Press Windows Key and go to Maintenance in Start Menu
- Go to 08 Products
- Go to 0802 Product Setup
- Select the row with the name that Hornet has set as the Frontier Type
- Click Edit on the right hand side
- Change the width to the new required width
- Restart the DI
- Prints should now come out with white stripes on each side
